1.1 This event is a ticketed, time-limited dining experience. Each reservation includes a 90-minute seating unless otherwise noted.
1.2 Please plan to arrive promptly at your scheduled seating time. Late arrivals may shorten your dining time so we can honor subsequent reservations.
1.3 If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled seating time, we may not be able to accommodate your party, and your tickets may be forfeited without refund.
1.4 Seating arrangements (including specific tables or sections) are at the discretion of the host and may change based on party sizes and operational needs.
2.1 Tickets are prepaid for the prix fixe menu and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the host.
2.2 Tickets may be transferred to another guest for the same date and time. If you transfer your ticket, it is your responsibility to share all event details and these terms with the new guest.
2.3 Any additional items ordered during the event (such as beverages, supplements, or add-ons) are not included in the ticket price and will be charged separately at the conclusion of your visit.
2.4 Service for the dinner may be included in the ticket price or added as a separate service charge, as indicated at checkout. Guests are welcome, but not required, to leave an additional gratuity on beverages or extras.
3.1 We kindly ask that you notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking using the fields provided on the ticketing form.
3.2 While we make good-faith efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should exercise their own judgment when choosing to attend.
3.3 Last-minute changes to the menu on the night of the event may not be possible, especially for complex restrictions.
4.1 We aim to create a welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave who is disruptive, aggressive, disrespectful to staff or other guests, or appears excessively intoxicated.
4.2 Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue and must comply with local laws and any posted signage outside.
4.3 For the comfort of all guests, please keep noise and phone use to a considerate level. Speakerphone calls and excessively loud content are not permitted in the dining room.
4.4 Children are welcome only if the event specifies that it is family-friendly. Otherwise, events are intended for adult guests. Please follow any age restrictions indicated at booking.
5.1 Caribella Café is a BYOB establishment. We do not sell, serve, or provide alcohol. Guests who choose to bring their own beer, wine, or spirits may do so in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
5.2 We provide non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages only. Any alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises must be brought by guests and remain in their possession.
5.3 Guests are responsible for the handling, pouring, and consumption of any alcohol they bring. Caribella Café assumes no responsibility or liability for the storage, opening, serving, or monitoring of alcohol brought onto the premises.
5.4 We reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue alcohol consumption or leave the event if their behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe.
5.5 No outside bartending services are permitted unless authorized in writing prior to the event.
6.1 Caribella Café is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests. If you have general questions about seating or space layout, please feel free to contact us in advance.
6.2 While we cannot guarantee specific accommodations or modifications beyond what our space and staff can reasonably provide, we will do our best to offer information that helps you plan a comfortable visit.
6.3 If you require special considerations, we encourage you to reach out before booking so we can confirm whether the request is feasible.
7.1 By attending this event, you acknowledge that photo and video recording may occur in the space for documentation and promotional purposes.
7.2 By entering the venue, you grant the host and its partners the right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice in any media now known or later developed, in connection with the event and related marketing, without additional approval or compensation.
7.3 If you prefer not to appear in close-up photos or video, please inform a staff member upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request (for example, by seating you outside of primary filming areas or avoiding direct shots).
7.4 Guests are welcome to take personal photos and short videos at their table, provided it does not disturb other guests or staff. Use of tripods, lighting setups, or professional equipment may be restricted and must be approved by the host in advance.
8.1 Guests agree to follow any posted health and safety guidelines, which may include hygiene protocols or other measures as required by local regulations or venue policy.
8.2 The host reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event in the case of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, utility outages, staff emergencies, or public health directives. In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a new date or refunded at the host’s discretion.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these House Rules and Media Consent terms on behalf of yourself and any guests included in your reservation.
